Changing your avatar's appearance after character creation

I'm surprised and a little disappointed this isn't already in the game. There's just a couple things on my dragonborn sorcerer I want to change, but I don't want to lose 15 hours of progress. I don't expect to be able to change the origins (nor would I want to, in all honesty), but being able to change my own appearance would be nice.

I like to be able to my character change my name when ever I need to. In this instance, I would just like to re-arrange the spelling since, I did typo the name of said character because my friends were rushing me through character creation.

You can't.

Similarly to how we require a workaround to have a party with characters we created.
