Party member is not ready to proceed: you can't go to lower city.

I had a bug with Karlach.

After the inauguration of lord Gortash in Act 3, Karlach wanted to kill him right away. I didn't manage to persuade her to not do this and guards imprisoned her.
And after I freed her, by killing all the guards in prison, she bugged: I wanted to go to lower city for the first time, but I received the message, that somebody of my party member isn't ready.

Karlach couldn't teleport and I figured out, that the game thought, that she is still in dangerous area (as if I was in red circle area on the map), because of that she couldn't teleport to the camp and couldn't go to other location (lower city in that case).

I went to Barn at the start of Rivington location and let Karlach imprison her once again. And only after I pick locked the door of the cell and freed myself as Karlach from prison, this bug was gone. (or just steal something in frong of guard)

It took me about 2 hours to figure out, what the hell is going on and wether this is a gamebreaking bug or not. Fortunatelly not).

im having this too. After they took her away i finished the conversation and went down to the prison, i had already killed the guards there. I locked pick the cell door. Now she's doing as you describe not going back to camp etc

I got arrested again.. but that made me a 'felon' and was arrested on sight. Just went back to a save before the start of coronation and rolled the persuasion check.

Happened to me too, I loaded the save and made the roll.
This one's annoying and pretty big, as it stops you from proceeding to next area. Someone has reported this to Larian, right?

I'm not sure, contemplating this thing right now myself. Either get her to jail again and break her out, or reload the save.

You need to find the flaming fist ambar, at the begining of the level. and just walk into it. The guard will ask you to go to the prison. Then you take your other party and free her again.
(I have tried to punch the guard but it did not work for me, because i had only 2 options: 1) Attack; 2) To pay)

Thanks, no way I figured out the problem and how to solve in 5 mins if it wasn't for this thread, saved me a big headache.
