Accidentally broke a waterbarrel at camp, water wont go...

I accidentally broke a waterbarell at the camp. But the debris and water on the ground wont go away... Is this intended? Been through several nights and cycles now...

I hate acid arrows will leave puddles forever. Bad enough finishing a fight and going to loot and having to deal with the acid, but if you leave the area to rest and come back the acid is still there. Travel somewhere else and come back through, acid still there. Even Alien acid blood dried up eventually.

It's kinda odd, but that stuff is permanent.
Can try respecing, if needed, and popping this in your spellbook to remove it though:

So my only option is to waste a spell on this?

Just hit it with some fire, it'll turn to steam and then go away...assuming it works the same as in EA.
