Find the Missing Boots

This quest is completely broken. The first time you talk to Sergeant Thrinn, you have no options to turn the boots over, all her dialogue has to do with the quest to free Nere. Then after you free Nere, she dies or turns hostile no matter which options you pick. There's literally no way to complete the quest as written.

What was all the time in EA for, lmao. It's like they literally tested nothing.

Done 3 different runs up until that point, every time I have obtained the boots prior to meeting Thrinn and every single time in the very first dialogue selection I was just able to straight up give her the boots without saying anything else.

Either your game is bugged or you’ve done something that’s miffed her off as to not allow you to complete the quest

Yeah, idk. I had no options when I met her other than to start the last phase of Nere's quest. In the end I just killed her and got it over with. Neither of the two rewards looked that great anyway.

I had moved the boots to camp - so double check you didn't do that. (Boots of speed)

Quest worked perfectly fine for me. Can be given to her at any point prior to blowing up the rubble, so basically one can do the entire Grymforge before giving it to her.

Make sure you actually have the boots in the party's inventory, not in camp if you left them there.

I was given the option to turn them over, but there is no way I'm not keeping those they're way too good and the movement stacks with Haste. They're permanently on my Paladin who will haste, click heels, and literally run across the map and smite the ♥♥♥♥ outta you.
