Rescue the Tieflings Quest Bugged

SPOILER:

Anyone having the issue where when you rescue the tieflings from moonrise towers while roland is dead you can't progress? Roland died tens of hours ago so i can't just go back and save him. He died off screen. Now i can't progress the quest because all the tieflings say is that i got to find roland.

i`ve had the same issue, Rolan died off screen with Halsing saying "Oh, thats rolan, we have do save him" while his corpse is in the ground, later when i killed the guards and freed the tieflings and the gnomes, they just run, pass the door then get suck literally inside each other right after the first jump entering the docks.
when i teleport the group to the inn the questlog updates and the tieflings along with the gnomes are dead

I got everyone back safe and I "think" I spoke to everyone, got the reward, but the quest won't show as complete. I'm assuming I need to speak with some Tiefling that I haven't spoken to, but once you get the reward and the markers disappear, it's just an annoying journal item. Feels bugged one way or another and needs to be fixed. If you get the reward, the quest is over. If people die on the rescue mission, that needs to be recognized and not be part of the overall quest.

In my game, everyone left the Moonlight Inn and only 2 Tieflings stayed, arguing about Rolan. If I speak to them, they only have 1 line each about Rolan... but he is dead and I can't do anything. The quest is still active and said that Rolan has departed and that they are worried about him.

Hmm did you save him before he went to Moonrise? not sure if that is time sensitive but I had to save him on his way to Moonrise. Then he said he would go back to the inn.

I was stuck on that for a while, but I forgot the tiefling who's boyfriend got kidnaped. They are behind and under the smithy. Easy to miss

my quest is bugged too, the tieflings and the main gnome guy are just standing by the doorway to the docks not doing anything

Thank you! Thought I'd talked to them, but nope. Finally completed!

You will be missing out the Wizard tower in Act 3 if Roland is KIA if you decided to betray the original owner for the war angel.

I found him near the south at the end of the map in Act 2. Need to save him before the shadows get him.
