Prison question (Act 3 minor spoiler)

I have been arrested by the giant robot Wyrms Rock Prison. I have been messing around with the environment and spells for about 45 minutes, I see no way to get out of here. Even if I do, all the guards are level 10 AND I have no gear...

I would be shocked if this game allowed you to get into an unwinnable situation based on dialogue choices, but maybe it does?

I'm happy to reload an earlier save, just wanted to see if I can continue RP'ing this prison thing, or if I'm out of luck.

Before anyone says some of the obvious (pick the lock, blow up a wall, charm the guard, etc) none of that is possible - this doesn't seem to be like "normal" jail from stealing or something earlier in the game.

Any insight is appreciated!

Talk to the skull, It's on the shelf to the left of the door at the back of the cell. I some how glitched it myself, I had a druid with 12 summons that I had waiting outside the city because it aggros whole towns and when I got locked up EVERYTHING came with me.

You only have to kill 4 guards when you do get out.

I just misty stepped out. 3 out of my 4 party members had it. Kill the fist guy get the key and let whoever can't out.
