Looking for ideas to cheese Minthara in solo honour mode

I like the challenge of solo honour mode and can reliably do it on most encounters. Even Myrkul isn't much of a problem with enough cheese.

However, Minthara is a bit of a problem with her hold spell, even with the helm that gives adv on wisdom save she can still land it.

So I'm wondering how people get rid of her reliably.
I usually get to her at lvl 5 with a ranger respec (16 wis), before going to creche map, with the priestess and Dzor dead.

I'm wondering if I should get to her asap at level 3, toss her from the little bridge and drink an invis potion to get rid of that one event where game randomness can end the run.

If you don't mind missing out on a Tadpole, just using Minor Illusion on the wooden bridge then break it.

Probably use Hide and a Chromatic Orb scroll from the rafters to kill the Eye that way you can get away without triggering combat, then head down to Minor Illusion Minty off the bridge.
