Literally earplugs the spell, aka, Silence. One could cast Enhance Ability Owl's Wisdom on Shadowheart before engaging so she has Advantage against the Lure Saving Throw. Once it's her turn then cast Silence on top of the team, Sanctuary Shadowheart and go from there.
I specifically ran the fight as bar bones preparing, no stat fixing of the characters at Withers to give Shadowheart, Gale, and my Fighter higher DEX for initiative.
The trick is to make sure your cleric isn't lured before she (I'm assuming Shadowheart) can cast the spell.
You can actually cast the spell on your party *before* the encounter, but 1) that's kind of metagamey, and 2) there is a forced cutscene and your spell turn counter *will* count down even when in the cutscene.
Silence stops all sound within the bubble. The luring song cannot even apply to anything within the bubble because they cannot hear it.
