Hexblade warlock build (may contain illithid spoilers)

What is your typical build for a warlock /hexblade warlock? It would be interesting to know how you guys proceed

My personal tactic with warlock hexblade so far (which I think is da best)
Basically, you play as Dark Urge so you need wisdom
8 str 8 dex 14 con(+2) 16 wis(+3) 17 cha (+3) (((EDIT I forgot the 10 INT ) (Its basically the weakness, intelligence throws)
Dexterity and strength doesnt matte,r because my build consider the +18 dexterity gloves and GiantHill Potions to 21 STR
a MUST have

So eventually you are at 21 str , 18 dex, 16 con, 10 INT 16 wis, 20 charisma

First of all, you have to sleep as much as you can early game, before auntie ethel leaves the grove. Buy her +21 STR potions and greater health potion + balsam as much as you can

You focus the first feat on a +2 constitution to turn saving throws into a +3
OR charisma for maximum dmg but I prefer the toughness

You get the hag for a +1 charisma upgrade Eventually with the charisma hat in act 3 , goes to 20 charisma
You pick Drow for shortsword bonus ; you take "The Baneful" shortsword with +1 saving throw Shield from Dammon early game

You dont need "Pact of the blade" because its useless, get pact of the chain for a imp
(get shadowheart to put Enhance ability and a +7hp on the imp)

The extra attacks from the imp are so much better early/mid-game
The reactions from moving people when setting up the imp flying, the countless situations you can create with it is infinitely better than pact of the blade
The imp has 2-3 attacks WITH a poison and flying ability, its 10 times better

Then you get 2 lvl in fighter for bonus attack

Eventually you focus on getting the illithid spells as bonus actions from the Zaith'disk , AND Omeluum illithid spell in the underdark(society of brilliance guy dialogue makes him show up)

And you go full illithid as warlock there is no other option because its the most powerful

Misty Step, Eldricht blast (+2 feats with it), Mirror Image, armor of agathys, shield, hex, hellish rebuke

With Drow you get Fairy Fire and Darkness both extremely useful
Drow is also immune to sleep/charmed
All warlock concentrations can end up as a Concentrated Illithid Blast for as much as 36dmg
So you NEED illithid bonus action. I restart every honor run I cannot get bonus actions there is no warlock without an imp and without illithid bonus action.

Thats my setup. Im thinking its da best but maybe its flawed. Im making it better each honor run. I love warlock
