Ravel's Nail found after Ethel first fight? (unsure what mod/update did this)

Found a 'legendary item' after the fight in her lair. Does not seem to have any use besides selling for 2500. Going to just put it in my camp chest just incase its for something random way down the line, but anyone know where this came from? Googling did not work for me.

Ah, thank you very much. That was a mod I added recentlyish... and zero idea what its added to my game XD

I ran into it also, and I suspect it's being added by the Planescape content mod I'm using, though like you I don't know what it actually does.
