It means your mods are broken.

your save file got corrupted. Purge your mods, delete the mod folder, delete your save both from your data files and the cloud, verify your game files. reinstall your mods 1 by 1 to find the culprit, and either update that mod, or delete it.

EDIT: if this fails, you are going to have to do a clean re install, there is a guide on how to do a clean and fresh install of the game under the guides sectioon of the community.

Are you new to playing games with mods?

The only mods that broke for me where the UI ones. I uninstalled them and had no problems after
