In the tower after defeating Myrkul? Yes. the only thing to try is to save every few seconds and exit the area considered Moonrise Tower. If you need to converse with someone, you can save inside the conversation, at least. Some people are unfortunate enough that the crashes happen too soon to save between.
Yes immediately after defeating him I didn't wanted to spoil anything. Does this stops after getting off the tower I am exploring it and getting items also is there another thread when they discuss this topic? Does this happened before the patch to someone or is new?
Yes it's crashing for me, too. No matter who you talk to.
Cannot leave Moonrise because you'll run straight into the Isobel/Aylin conversation, which also crashes the game. It's a huge bug. Act III is basically impossible to access now.
"No crashes on my end. Must be a you problem."
"Stop using mods. Make sure you uninstall all mods first. GAH, how many times do I have to keep saying this? Is English your first language?"
"This game doesn't suffer from CTDs. Must be mods."

"This hotfix will be fine."
The game crashes at the end of Act II, no matter what you do. You cannot avoid conversation, cannot leave Moonrise, cannot fast-travel away without crashing. So I guess no more Act III for anyone. Shortens the playthrough considerably.

You crash when fast travel? You can avoid the conversation with Isoble/Aylin. I have also walked past them by hugging the right side of the exit stair steps and out toward the waypoint there. No conversation with them occurs.

Encountered crashes every few minutes in moonrise tower after defeating Myrkul, when picking up items or lockpicking chests.

Yes, and sneaking past all conversations and leaving Moonrise by stealth brings the narrator cutscene, which crashes the game. The game also crashes on its own without initiating any conversations, by simply standing in the throneroom at the end of Act II. I just discovered this. File verification seems to help none.

Because it's f... memory leak.

I've posted this already in this thread and some others:

The crash after the myrkul fight in act 2 seems to be a memory leak. Open up the task manager and check the memory usage. After the fight when you are back in the tower the memory usage should go up until it reaches a certain point and then the game simply crashes to desktop.

Well, then I don't know why you are having this issue. I am not. And several different reasons could be why. One can only offer suggestions to try and check out.

Reduce or eliminate any non essential ( for Windows functions ) background programs running. Is one.

Some anti virus programs need exceptions for some programs to run.
