Patch 8 Issues: [Not Found], but still functional?

So I updated to Patch 8, and although all the new features seem present and usable, like the new Photo Mode, and the subclasses, none of the descriptions are present. All text belonging to these new features display "Not Found"...
I can still use these features, but it's all a guessing game as to what does what, and it's frustrating, I must admit.

I tried several methods to fix this... verifying the files, changing the language from English to Spanish and then English again, removing all my mods from the folder and reinstalling the game.

But nothing seems to work to add text to these files.

I did add my mods back into the game, but I don't know what could affect the text itself...

The features all work; it's all just a series of mysteries.

Is there a mod maybe that can fix this? Like a bug fixer or something? Even with the new hotfix, the text is Not Found.

Also, my Continue button is broken.

I can continue my games through "Load Game" just fine, but my Continue button will make the select noise, but do nothing....

The game is playable; it's not horribly broken... but I want to take care of these glitches if I can before investing time into a save file and then corrupting it somewhere tinkering with the UI.

EDIT:

Switching over to Spanish and playing the game, all the features I mentioned that are properly labeled and described. Everything that appears as NOT FOUND appears in Spanish, but even reverting back to English, all of those features are back to NOT FOUND again. Even the Continue button works in a Spanish language menu.

I have no idea why this is... Help.

I have, several times... it does nothing. I tried after reinstalling, after changing the languages... it hasn't helped. But thank you, regardless.

Try following one of the guides on clean mod removal. That will fix the problem.
