Vow of emnity - Casting on self grants advantage against all for 10 turns. Is this intended?

Likely not intended but hasn't been fixed since it was found about a year or so ago. Larian usually leave things like this in their game for people to have fun with. Hit or miss if they fix this kinda power.

well they haven't 'fixed' it ever since we knew about this, just chalk it up to larian homebrew and enjoy it i guess?
