blurry graphics on rx 9070 xt aorus despite max settings
Specs:

GPU: rx 9070 xt aorus

Settings: All on max

Problem:
Despite setting everything to max, the graphics look noticeably blurry. I’ve tried several fixes, including:

Turning off FSR and Anti-Aliasing

Adjusting Windows display scaling

Changing resolution

Switching between borderless windowed and fullscreen modes

None of these have worked so far.

Comparison:
Interestingly, when I play bg3 on my laptop (RTX 4060, also on max settings), the visuals look much sharper and cleaner.

Any suggestions or fixes would be greatly appreciated!

Have you checked the Adrenaline software to see if it's overriding something it shouldn't?
Personally disabled pretty much all the override and enhancement stuff in there except the one that switches out the ingame FSR version to FSR4.

Probably the only thing I've noticed between my new 9070xt and my previous 4070ti (aside from now being able to run at 4k60fps natively) is that there was a weird grain effect on shadows, but discovered that was Anisotropic Filtering set to x16. Setting that back to x8 fixed it.
