Photo Mode – Gale and Astarion can't pose? Anyone else?

Hi everyone,
After updating to Patch 8, I noticed that some characters—especially Gale and Astarion—can’t seem to pose in Photo Mode anymore. They’re stuck in a default idle stance, and none of the pose or expression options work.

Other characters in my party (like female companions or smaller/taller models) seem to work just fine. I’m wondering if this is a bug related to the "average height male" body type?

Is anyone else experiencing this? And if so, has anyone found a workaround or a fix?
Would love to know if this is on Larian’s radar. Thanks!

i've been looking into this bug for a few days, there's not enough posts out there. For some, its due mods conflicting with the standard male bodytype, for others who don't have mods installed, its very unclear what is causing it.

For now unfortunately I suppose we'll have to be patient until the bug is addressed / or has a work-around :(

The people without mods probably had some at some point.

It's almost always a mod issue.

If you have never ever used mods, verify your files.

I was actually playing around with this yesterday and, I do not use mods, had no problem with Gale at all.
