Swashbuckler Rogue's Flick o' the wrist removing the option to sneak attack?
Not sure if it's intended or not and I can't see anything in the ability description that suggests it would. Using Rakish sneak attack first doesn't seem to prevent the use of flick o' the wrist, so I'm assuming this is a bug with the class.

I'm mainly asking to see other people's experience with this or if anyone can point to something I might have missed that shows that flick prevents sneak attack.

Are there other enemies nearby? You can only use the Rakish sneak attack if there aren't any other characters within 7ft, or within 17ft if and you have an ally within 17ft. You also can't have disadvantage.

If there are other characters in range then you need advantage. Sand toss will give you advantage, so try that instead of flick o' the wrist if there are nearby enemies.

No it's not that I can choose sneak attack and it won't let me, I mean the option for sneak attack gets greyed out as if it's been used that turn.

It works if you do the Flick first, right?

What happens if you use a normal attack first? I wonder if maybe it's checking to see if you have an Action left, instead of checking to see if you have a Bonus Action left.

Normal attack is the same as using sneak attack first, it still allows for flick afterwards. I tried both using a normal attack on it's own as well as a normal attack followed by using the sneak attack "reaction".

Did your sneak attack damage automatically get applied to Flick of the Wrist first and therefore couldn't proc Sneak Attack damage a second time for your Main Attack?

May have to set your reactions to "Always Ask" for Sneak Attack.

I understood this problem. It seems, that devs did not point which actions can activate this ability. Larian and their polishing of their games

I had check regular sneak attack to ask and sneak attack critical to auto, the flick definitely didn't proc sneak attack.
