Hexblade not showing as an option as a subclass

Hello,
I was trying to respec Wyll as a hexblade and i did not see it as a subclass option. I backed out of the game and went to start a new game to see if the subclass would be listed there, and I am still not seeing hexblade as an option for warlock after the patch. Am I doing something incorrectly?

If you are using other subclass mods, the new patch 8 subclasses do not appear at all.

If you are, it can be fixed with adding this[www.nexusmods.com] near the bottom of your load order, before Compability Framework.

If you have no idea what I'm talking about, you probably just have some subclass installed through the ingame mod manager that you need to remove.
