having the same problem over here, deleted all my mods, currently doing a hard clean + reinstall to see if that helps but i doubt it ... hopefully they patch this soon

I did a full reainstall, did nothing. I just found that it must be due to old mods I downloaded when joined a friends campaign. Literally just fixed my issue as we speak.
I deleted all the mod files from the c/users/user/appdata/local/larian studios/bg3/mods

Delete your LevelCache folder as well. This was causing the Action economy icons to not show up and is one of Larians instructions for patching the game. Can find it here C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3

Try that

appdata/local/larian studios/bg3/mods

delete mods in this folder

Additionally make sure mods are disabled/unsubscribed in the in-game mod.io browser or it might just redownload them.

oddly enough, installing an improved ui mod is what fixed this for me. weird.

It's called "updating your mods" and it's commonly how you fix the game you broke with outdated mods.

You can apologize to Larian now for insinuating that the patch broke the game when it was, in fact, 100% your fault.
