Bladesinger weapon stance bug

Not so much a complaint, but more an observation and acknowledgement of a weird bug. I'm playing a Gith Durge Hexblade. Gith usually have unique battle stances. I'm currently using a greatsword, in which a Gith usually holds it along their arm pointing behind them. Gale has been specced as a Bladesinger, and has a hanging guard stance with swords. Now for some reason, rather than the normal Gith greatsword stance, my Gith seems to have adopted the same overhead sword stance as the Bladesinger, despite clearly wielding a greatsword? Not complaining, it's a cool stance, but I'm not a Bladesinger, nor am I carrying a rapier. lmao.

Could be a weird mod interaction, not quite sure. Anyone else noticing anything like this?

I don't use any mods and laezel is using the same bladesinger stance as I am even though she is arcane archer, not sure if intended or not, might be related to what you're experiencing too

Been playing for a bit since posting, and I'm finding that only male Gith seem to be affected by this little bug. I just fought the Gith patrol by the bridge (also nabbed the Silver Sword, yay) and only the male Gith were stanced up like a Bladesinger. The Gith girl with the twin-tail hair had the normal greatsword stance.

I just posted in a different thread but essentially I had Laezel doing the same stance when I made a spellblade character.

I am having the exact same bug on my durge halforc paladin. Gale is specced as bladesinger, and durge started moving like him. Pretty weird using a two handed greatsword that way.

Yeah.

I have Gale as a bladesinger right now, and suddenly Lae'zel has started using her greatsword with the same animation.

I find it very distracting, actually, because I've played this game so many times, almost always with Lae'zel in the party, and it just looks *wrong* to see her with that stance and sword animation.

(Not to mention that she's using her two-handed sword one-handed.)

I have the same with my halforc barbarian and it is kinda wacky to see him dance around with a greatsword in one hand.

The same happening to me. Someone should report this bug to Larian.
