Vortex server error

When I enable mods from Vortex, i can't start a new game or load one, because I get a message saying : server shutdown. Do you guys have the same problem? Do you know how to fix it?

I had this same problem. Ended up continually deleting the modsettings.lsx file after I deploy the mods and before I load the game so it creates a new file. Had to do it every time.
