All the icons in my hotbar are invisible what the heck
No my mods are disabled and it still happens

Disable mods doesn't remove them.

Several mods just updated. Some of them had been affecting the hotbar until they updated.

Mods being disabled is not the same as mods removed. You need to fully delete the mods out of their folder, and AppData.

I'm having the same issue, I've tried everything. Uninstalling, disabling, new vanilla runs, nothing works. Game is practically unplayable unless you spam every space in the hotbar to find what youre looking for...

Same. I've removed UI mods entirely and still have this issue. The mods I use for character creator, etc; are all updated. So it's most likely a bug on Larian's part, most likely. :steamsad:

mod issue. Disabling will not mean they do not affect the game .

C:\Users\21694\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods delete whats in there It was fixed for me

Latest Update renders Permanently Unplayable like Skyrim, Fallout 4 and Dragons Dogma II at least it was not a Malicious Update like Bethesda did in revenge for people not liking Starfield enough.

The only Mod that I know effected the Hotbar in the way you described was "Better Hotbar 2", and that was updated. Check to see if you need to update the mod.

Mods. 100% certain this is a mod issue.

Do a clean install like Chaosolous said. Disabling them and a steam uninstall will both not help.

No dont waste your time with a clean install go
C:\Users\21694\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods

delete everything in the mod folder that fixed it for me
