Because penises are not breasts and vulva physics wouldn't really make sense.

Boob physics would have been more expensive. As anyone who's actually played the game can see, ♥♥♥♥♥ don't get much action

I find Boob physics are usually A) Goofy and unrealistic and B) would have made it A LOT harder to make armour mods. Especially the way BG3 armour modding works. Most can't figure out how to replicate cape/skirt physics. :p

Have boobs flopping/blowing around in the wind 5 feet from the character after losing proper physics. :D :D

I am surprised I couldn't find a mod for breast physics. There is various mods in updating the penis physics.
