New Subclasses missing
None of the new subclasses are showing up for me. I have no mods for subclasses but still can't access the new ones.

Some subclasses need a higher Level and can't be choosen from character creation. From the Patch notes

Level 1 Cleric, Sorcerer, Paladin, Warlock
Level 2 Druid, Wizard
Level 3 Barbarian, Bard, Fighter, Monk, Ranger, Rogue

Try changing languages from one back to the one you want.

Worked for some people.

Also, do a clean install. Mods bork files, especially after patches.

I just removed all mods and restarted the game, it helped

Just a funky observation: I found out I couldn't disable my mod.io Hexblade mod because it also adds Invocations to the game (including for other Warlocks). (I like those Invocations, too.) I wondered what would happen when Patch 8 landed, as the author of that mod hasn't updated it.

Well, it looks like I now have two Hexblade icons that a Warlock can choose, one is Larian's, one is this mod maker's. I guess this could solve other dilemmas, like that mod.io has two Witch classes, two Artificers, and three Alchemist classes and etc. Still, that they can share an icon and a name can make it confusing, I just have to check how they are being implemented to see "which is which".

I hope these folks will update the names of their classes/subclasses, like "Hexblade (non Larian version)" etc. so they can be told apart.

Also some issues of subclass over-writing/incompatibility (sans CF which I can't use) seem to have been squashed -- IF you update the offending subclass mods.
Uninstall mods that add items or things to specific classes. Because these mods can't find the new subclasses, the game makes them not available if you have that mod running.
