No Ui on hotbar

My UI for my hot bar is not showing up. I am still able to click on the buttons, but they are invisible and i cant tell what I'm clicking. I've reinstalled the game and disabled my mods but the issue still persists. Any help would be great.

Improved UI mod has not been updated yet - if you have it installed - disable it.

Edit: Correction - it's better hotbar mod that is the culprit.

MY UI and my companions are not showing up, i can click on spells and actions. BUT I CANT EVEN SWITCH TO ANY OTHER CHARACTER

Yeah, I was struggling with this last night, and better hotbar 2 is indeed the culprit. Problem is that I find the default hotbar unusable, mostly as those red divider bars don't seem to work properly right now.

Use the custom bar, you can make it bigger.
