But otherwise just look through

If you just mean you want some recommendations on specific mods in general, I need a little more than just you want something "transformative" in order to make any recommendations for you. Every mod "transforms" the game in some way - sometimes minor, sometimes major.
I guess I gotta know what you want to transform to make any recommendations.
Modpacks are guaranteed to contain stuff you don't like and don't want.
I also found a mod that allows everyone to show up during dialogue even if they are in camp, an unofficial "updated" version. It is broken as hell and can brick your save file. Everyone in Dialogue 2 is what it is called.
Finally, using an Extra Encounters mod and I've been enjoying that so far, no ridiculous additions like some other similar mods but those can be fun too, like fighting a freaking dragon during your first gith patrol encounter.
Appearance editor for example lets you alter the vibe so much.
