Int for Wizard/arcane trickster Spells, Wis for cleric, druid, ranger, Cha for Warlock, Sorc, bard, pala.
Spell Attack is spell mod (wis/cha/int) + Proficiency
Spell save dc is 8 + spell mod + Proficiency.
Proficiency depends on your charlevel (not classlevel), and can be anything from 2-6.
As it sounds you are multiclassing, that explains the different spell DCs.
The proficiency in BG3 can get modified by difficulty for up to an additional +4.
So without further details it's hard to tell what's exactly going on. I'm also not certain in which parts BG3 might strays from the rules, especially when multiclassing, as I pretty much never like to multiclass fullcasters, bc of delayed spellprogression.
Can you take a screenshot? Hard to say more without it, other than sounds like a bug...
