Admanatine Forge Molds
I can't seem to find any of the molds where their supposed to be (according to a guide) Im wondering what part im missing to cause this. Have read the book and think i've killed the 3 dudes but im not 100% sure. Could it be that I didn't and this is the reason or could it be something else?

The molds are there regardless.

My guess is you have installed a mod that changed something. Moved the molds or something like that.

Most of the molds should be along the way to the actual forge itself, but two of them are kind of tucked away on a side path but still closeby.

Usually they can't be missed and are easy to find: they just lay around. Only the shield mold is hidden inside a skeleton.

Not sure what OP is talking about since 'killing three dudes' has nothing to do with the forge itself.

Molds are all laying about with a few hidden on skeletons, namely the shield mold, all around the grymforge zone.

I suspect he talks about the encounter shortly after the adamantium forge waypoint. OP needs to explore a lot more.

Killing the Drow that are looking for the forge are not a requirement to find the molds to the forge. All the molds (excluding one found on a skeleton) are on the floor. Hold Left Alt and it will highlight em.

It might you are just not looking for the right thing. Location of the moulds with screenshotshttps://www.polygon.com/baldurs-gate-3-guides/23826284/mould-locations-bg3. As Mike Garrison said, if they are not there ... mod(s) issue!

Yep, this. Just keep looking. You don't really need to kill anyone, OP, or do other stuff to make the molds appear, they are always there. Just explore and you'll find them.
