(Warlocks are charisma casters and their signature ability is a cantrip, which means the Potent Robe is basically designed and intended specifically for warlocks.)
And if you look for a bow there is for sure one that is considered better in many tiers.
I get it, whoever has not the answer will try to say something but I am really just looking for what I asked for, if you dont know, then you dont know. Its ok.

There's very few items in this game, you don't have THAT much choice, most of the stuff are from vendors or act 3 quest rewards.
Just pick them up and use them :)
I use lots of equipment mods, and often things that are better than what they recommend, so I don 't care,
There's a lot of gaps in what's available AFA vanilla equipment. Why are there so few decent battle axes, just as an example? There are no very rare or legendary battle axes in the entire game. Well, in any case, thank the stars for mods.

Its about helmets but I am sure there is also videos about other items.
That very same channel also has best weapons, best weapon by act, and great (if a bit unoptimal) build guides. It is, in fact, pretty much what you're looking for.
I also agree with other folks that "best in slot" is really kind of subjective, because it begs the question as to "makes you best at what"? Obviously, yes, such guides have limits, one being something being best for warlocks, might be good for the vanilla options in the game, but NOT so good, say, for hexblades ....
BTW - did you know that one slot that many people consider "useless" if you are not a bard - or without performance proficiency - the musical instrument slot - CAN be used by other items? There ARE mods that let you use it for quivers, or other trinkets, such as the JWL Discordant Instruments mod.
Also, the underwear slot is very popular for a lot of mods, because of course, that way, through "magic underwear," you can get the benefits of X or Y without using up a ring slot, or some other equipment slot, that might otherwise be used for other stuff. It almost makes me feel Mormon.
If I discuss mods a lot, and I know I do, it's because they let you do SO much that is fun and interesting. Do you know what's great about the Treasure Trove mod? It contains some stuff that is often "best" for a LOT of builds, characters, and classes/subclasses (if not all).
