Araj didn't give me the Mysterious Potion Act 3

Araj is asking me to drink the mysterious potion after her lab exploded. I have done this in previous playthroughs. I have checked every companions inventory, sorted and searched my inventory by new and type, and checked the camp chest. Any ideas?

Are you *sure* she didn't give it to you?

Anyway, to each their own, of course, but I strongly prefer not to drink that potion. It tends to do you a lot of extra damage because you keep catching on fire.

Besides, if you walk out of her shop without drinking it, she will attack you. She's an easy kill, and then you can easily loot a bunch of stuff from her basement.
