Disintegrating boots
"Can't be entangled, enwebbed, or ensnared." For some reason tho, a character is still entangled, enwebbed, and ensnared when walking over terrain that can trigger it. What gives?

Night Walker
Can't be Enwebbed, Entangled, or Ensnared and can't slip on grease or ice.

This passive, along with the free cast Misty Step is why the boots are best in slot for any character.

The disintegrating boots still get stuck tho on entangling surfaces. Almost 100% of the time. But now that I think about it, I figured the boots would disintegrate the environment,but the boots themselves disintegrate. Like, joke boots. It says you can't, but but can't can't if you have no boots.

Try unequip-reequip boots?
I had those all game on Tav long pretty much (Gale is built to turn everything into ice forever) and they worked fine.

Yeah, remove them then reequip them. Sometimes passive traits just stop working for no apparent reason. I usually notice it with Blood of Lathandar but it can happen to other passives. Never had it happen to the Disintegrating Night Walkers as far as I can recall but 2k hours is hard to remember everything.
