Astarion, after Gale revealed that the orb in his chest makes him a ticking time bomb. 'Keeping secrets from his friends. Really, you can't trust anyone' or something like that.
There are some other lines from Asti in Acts 2 and 3 which aren't even funny, not in the context, but... he sometimes just nails it.
Jaheira's reaction after Vlaakith's visit. Gotta love her dry humor.
Minsc... the 'philosphist' alone had me on the floor.
- Wyll
"If I'm being entirely honest, my social circle is rather small. More of a dot. Or a pinhead."
- Gale
"And if we'll ever meet again, well, then we'd have met again" and then he makes a little "hm" after that before leaving.
• Wyll: I really hope you're being careful with our friend, Minthara. I wouldn't want you to break each other.
• Minthara: If I break them, it will be in the pursuit of pleasure, and they will die smiling.
Drow love is not for the frail nor feeble.
This gem between Shadowheart and Lae’Zel after their confrontation:
• Shadowheart: So. Have we buried the hatchet, Lae'zel?
• Lae'zel: No. Why would I bury a weapon? Is it broken?
• Shadowheart: It's a metaphor.
• Lae'zel: I do not know your metaphor. But if you need help digging, I will find a shovel.
And this 2 with Halsin:
• Halsin: I knew one of Reithwin's head masons. She was a good woman, and strong as an ox.
• Karlach: Really? Are strong women your type, Halsin?
• Halsin: I don't discriminate against any type.
• Karlach: Truly a bear man of the people.
• Halsin: Once, you could hear nature's symphony in this place. Now it is quiet. Quiet and dead.
• Shadowheart: I can make some animal noises, if it'll make you feel more at home.
• Halsin: You bleat well enough as it is.
Durge and Gale after killing the Bard:
Gale: "I'm going to say something I'm confident we are all thinking. Uh...was this your doing?"
Durge: "Yes, I did."
Gale: "I think that's quite bloody obvious, but why?"
Durge: "She annoyed me."
Gale: "That's....it. She annoyed you? If that was just cause for killing someone I'd be dead a thousand times over."
Durge: "She was weak, the world would have killed her sooner or later."
Gale: "Oooh, so you were doing her a favor? I'm sure she is very grateful."
XD
Got one for you
Durge and Ethel
( Used the mod that lets any class choose a God)
Durge: "You don't scare me, I serve someone far more terrifying."
Ethel: "Balls right? He'll not bother us. He's far too busy using blood as fingerpaint, and taking credit for other people's kills."
“You look… comfortable. A mite over-exposed, given the perils of our adventure, but I suppose it adds a thrilling edge to leave oneself open to danger and… other things.”
“I assume your choice of apparel isn’t the subject of the day. What’s on your hind? I mean mind.”
edit: oh and Mithara reaction to Clown in act 3: "Just give a word and I will kill the clow. We will be praised as heroes."
