Defeat Gortash without triggering any traps. If you want to fight him normally, save before this method. As of Patch 7, a hilariously cheesy method for this achievement exists.
Spirit Guardians makes Gortash run in the opposite direction. Use this finicky method to “repel” him out of his coronation room, downstairs, into the hall on the left, and to the right toward Lower City’s bridge. You can knock him off the bridge to his instant death, or kill him however you want without worrying about traps or buffs from his allies.
It’s easier to cancel the Spirit Guardians when going downstairs and re-casting it while standing appropriately far enough behind him so that he doesn’t go back upstairs.
