How do I increase Karlach's approval level?
When I started the next new game, I intended to start a relationship with Karlach, and decided to first see what I could do to increase her approval level on one of the fan wikis(bg3. wiki, for example). To be honest, I was puzzled. Some events... How do they even happen? I mean, it's possible to recruit Karlach, and only after that, for example, deal with the captured Lae'zel, resolve the dispute between Zevlor and Aradin, or, excuse me for being picky, calm down the boar (which, I think, Astarion kills at some point)?

The examples you're citing are possible, but that means you go straight to Karlach :
1) From the beach, go west and avoid the grove entrance fight staying south of it, so you don't see the goblins.
Go further West, but instead of entering the blighted village, turn north. Cross the river there then find and recruit Karlach in the east.
2) Another short-cut to Karlach is from the Grove : from Zevlor chamber, climb the stairs and the ladder (there's a Tiefling there, Lakrissa?) . You can jump from there (with feather fall) to where Karlach is.

Anyway, the point to have high approval with Karlach early on in act 1 is not to waste time and recruit her early enough. Anything good you will do will have her approval, there's nothing difficult with her. Obviously, the more important is to fix her heart and support her.

She likes your char doing good things. Being compassionate to others. Keep doing that and you will slowly raise it. It's not hard. But you won't get into a deep relationship with her until you hit Act 3.
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

You can go get Karlach before you get Laezel very easy just dont approach the tieflings.

Same with Zevlor and Aradin, after the fight do not go in the grove go recruit Karlach then do the grove. Not hard.

Again with the boar, do not approach Astarian go recruit Karlach and come back.

Even if you don't go get her right away there is plenty of reputation for her available to get her romance scenes. I get her after the doing the Emerlad grove and have no problems with rep.

Just do good things and he rep will go up. Follow the Karlach approval wiki page and you will be fine.
It is pretty difficult to start a relationship with Karlach until "the party". It's possible, but as you have realized, because you tend to get Karlach late, you don't have a lot of opportunity to build up a big approval from her.

However, unless you clear out the goblin camp before ever meeting Karlach, you can usually begin her romance at the party, because the threshold to start relationships is lower at the party. (I guess celebration+alcohol just puts people "in the mood".)

I think most people who specifically want a Karlach-focused game will go and get her quite quickly (already knowing where she is and how to get there).

Go here:

https://bg3.wiki/wiki/Karlach/Approval

To find out all the "legit" methods.

Or cheat using a cheat mod that can raise her approval.

I won't tell Sven if you do, I promise. :steamhappy:

To be honest, after visiting this page I had questions. The thing is that I, one way or another, never managed to skip some of the events described there before hiring Karlach, and also, as I know, some events have deadlines. I could have ignored them, but I just became very interested in trying to do it perfectly.

Thank you very much for the advices.
I'm looking at the map of the location right now, and I understand the route, but I have one question regarding the bypass of the battle of druids and goblins. Is it really possible, and you just need to stick to the rocks in the south and ignore the battlefield as much as possible?
It seems to me that the passage to the west is quite narrow and it is simply impossible not to activate this event. I hope that it's just my imagination, I haven't played for quite a while.
