Did I mess up saving Zevlor?

I arrived to the colony after fighting Ketheric the first time, and I missed Zevlor in one of the pods. Only after I won the second Ketheric fight I realized I missed him, but the pods are now empty (as well as the NPCs in the barracks), that means I messed up? Is there any way I can still save him?

If you went to the encounter of fighting ketheric in the mind flayer lair its too late.
In the mind flayer lair theres a large group of pods you either can kill everyone inside, or releasing all. Zevlor and company, plus a bunch of mind flayers.

Only option is to reload an earlier save.

You have to let him out of the pods found near where you will find Zairel's captured asset. But beware it also releases 3 or 4 mindflayers as well. He gets nabbed and later killed by Orin if you don't free him.
