Fully fleshing out every choice or option is an impossible thing to ask from the devs, whom is about done with the inhouse development of bg3, just the last big patch with the new subclasses to go.
You can summon a Giant Spider, to do your bidding in combat and at the higher levels, they can even "Help" a companion who has fallen or needs help to remove a condition. That's the best you will be able to do.
That said, I've never tried, nor seen what they would say if you did so.
From my experience, extremely low-intelligence "in the world" animals don't have anything very deep to "say," even if you Speak with Animals with them.
