So there is a "start as oathbreaker" mod at mod.io, you can choose it as your paladin subclass at start, but, no, still can't respec ... without the knight.
BTW, Oathbreaker isn't an origin or race, so Appearance Edit won't do it.

Thing is, it won't let a normal broken-oath oathbreaker respec. However, it lets you choose oathbreaker as a paladin subclass, and respec normally later on. The knight will never show up.
The other thing I'd throw out there is consider playing a Blackguard (mod) or Death Knight, which in many cases are better than the oathbreaker, but have similar "dark paladin" flavor, and can respec any time they want.
