Can I play Baldur's Gate 3 on a Macbook Air Retina, 13 inch, 2019 ?
Hi !
Have someone played and played well without glitch or bugs with these settings ?

Processor : 1,6 GHz Intel Core i5 double hearth
Graphism : Intel UHD Graphics 617 1536 Mo
Memory : 16 Go 2133 MHz LPDDR3
215 Go free on my Mac

I really want to plays Baldur's gate 3 and have no money for a new computer or a PS5 and I know nothing about the gaming settings. I only play indi games on steam and games on my nintendo switch. I try reading about the settings needed online and watched few videos but I'm not making out if I can actually run the game on my computer. Does a Graphic card can be change ? Say I wanted to have a M1-M2 or M3 installed on my Mac ?

First, you made no mention of an Xbox, Which the game is also available for. if you have a series S or (preferably) an X, do that.

Second, I'm not an expert on Macbooks. but my ASUS Laptop from 2019 can run the game fine enough so if you HAVE to use a mac book you should be okay. Especially since BG3 is available for the MacOS.

and Third, unfortunately, even if you were willing to play a non-Nintendo game on the switch, BG3 is not available for that platform.

Worst case scenario, buy it, try it, and if it doesn't run, refund it. You'll know well before the 2 hour mark as long as you don't spend 20 years in character creation.

Currently, and since the latest patch, the game doesn't run on most Intel-based macs. Still waiting on a fix to resume playing the game on my 2017 i5 iMac.

Intel support has been removed from xcode (meaning it's not possible to build for intel macs anymore), and BG3 upped their min requirements to M1, so the game won't run for you. As for upgrading your mac (if it's possible at all), since Patch 7 dropped on 1 Oktober, it crashes the launcher for everyone below Sonoma, it can go either way on Sonoma, and on Sequoia people are experiencing serious lags. If you can upgrade to something that can run at least 14.5, it might be possible to run BG3, but considering Larian's track record of throwing us under the bus and pretending we never existed, you might run into more trouble down the line. Ultimately it's your choice, and the game itself is great (when it does run), but whether it's worth the, ahem, back pain and whether you want to pay a company that doesn't see you as an equal client, that's for you to decide.
