The full launch is on August 3rd.
It launched into early access Oct 6th 2020.
How did one get access to EA?
Especially given that it was brought forward and there is some confusion about it.
You're basically paying to be a slave for a few years.
Participating in the manufacturing of the game by playing a low-grade version of it and giving the developer feedback.
I skipped the slave routine and jumped in recently when I discovered what they were actually building.
It wasn't just a video game.
Larian built the equivalent of The Great Pyramid of Giza.
Early Access Date: 2020
Release Date: 2023
If a game never went to early access, either not include it on that game's store or have N/A. This way consumers will know if a game was ever in early access and how long it was there for after a game was released.
I wanted to ask this question for a while but felt stupid!
this October 6th on the steam page plagued me a while now. (bought this game a month ago)
thanks for the clarification.
and, btw: a full restart is required?
From what I understand Act 1 you are playing now is not the same Act 1 you will get at full launch. So a new game is probably required.
