I heard genitalia choice is independent of body type so is voice and facial hair choices. YOu should be able to make any combination you want.

If you want to create a post-op trans character just create them as you would any other character of that gender.

If you want to create a pre-op transgender character select one body type (masculine or feminine) and the other genitalia type (vulva or penis). Then select the voice that best fits your character conception.

There was in the character creator they showed off in the last PFH.

At release you can choose body type, voice and pronouns as you see fit. So just wait a bit more and you will be able to do as you please

you can pick the gender/sex you are at creation so there wouldn't need to be any changing of sexes or genders in your lifetime so long as your not role playing being born in the wrong gender and magic not existing that could change your gender because that totally could change your gender, you could also just be gender fluid.
At the end of the day the choice is yours to make, isn't that nice, having the choice? I would imagine people would be pretty happy if they could normally do that so easily.... Be nice if people stopped trying to make having that choice seem like more than it is as well.

The problem is there is no guarantee. If I spend 2 hours playing, and my character winds up having to have a penis and I can;t get a refund, you can see how that would be upsetting, right?
