I think theres a spell called Alter Self specifically for this purpose. Bonus points it can also make you a furry. And, just like in real life, you can change your mind if that new identity didnt feel like your authentic self.

I find this thread extremely based and I for one fully support this person finding the answer to his question. I hope he finds a way to create his authentic self in BG3 and anyone trying to call this transphobic is clearly not being inclusive of all points of op's trans identity. the amount of shade and hatred by some of these posters is actually disgusting.

To the OP, you can buy the game because mods will come out that will let you create any LGBTQ+ character you want, the only problem is the world isnt going to react to that choice because it would be utterly ridiculous to have to record 72x the voice dialogue.

You can identify as male or female which will be your characters prefered pronouns that people will use. There are no gender exlcusive options IE you can have a women with a beard and a male voice. You can also designate your characters genitals.

Every character you create in this game is Transgender. The game will only adress you as "they" no matter the choice you make at character creation.
