I don't understand what you mean? I want to have a feminine body but have a little bit of stubble and a little bit of a beer belly like I have in real life. Is this possible in game? I want to know before I put in 2 hours and can't get a refund

make the character you want based on looks and voice (you can pick any voice on any body type), they even let you have a beard with a feminine body type and a ton more options will be in the full version in a few weeks. no you wont get any special dialog, your trans not vegan you wont die if you don't tell everyone you see.

Men also have a more prominent Adam's apple. This is because the male larynx grows bigger and faster during puberty.

not all body types are in the game, you don't keep a gut running around for 10 hours a day with a pack full of gear as a lifestyle so it tracks.

It's all about CICO - calories in, calories out. Sure, I may run a lot in game and carry a lot of heavy gear, but at the end of the day I hit the tavern HARD
