If you look under "careers" you can see where their offices are located.
There are over 50000 games on the us steam alone and I don't even own 1% of them...without feeling bad about it in any way.

Seems more likely they just missed removing "St Petersburg" somewhere, since it's just not an option in their careers thing, and it doesn't show up on the map either, and isn't listed under "our studios"
So. What else do you seek to cry about
Either Larian liquidated the St. Petersburg studio (aka they probably just moved their Russian employees out of the country like every other educated-labor company with Russian employees), or they're secretly operating a secret 7th studio as a blacksite. Think on which of those two options is more likely.
Which one is in Russia? Barcelona or Quebec?
