The best races in terms of roleplay?
I mean, which races will receive the greatest number of unique dialog options and non-standard reactions from the NPCs.
For example, I can imagine that dragonborn, half-orces, drow, githyanki will be the center of attention wherever they go. But what about human, half-elves and others?

I don't know but I can tell you if you have ginger hair you will get a comment or two about it (a goblin called me ginger among their slew of insults/threats :D )

Going by what would be most realistic in the setting (this matters, because Larian have tried to provide us with that experience), most races don't really matter, just different looks and a few mostly harmless stereotypes, that's it. As for the uncommon races, most people probably don't even know what a Githyanki is. So they'd probably just react to their looks alone. Tieflings are more generally disliked & mistrusted, but not particularly hated. But Drow? Drow are openly feared and hated, for good reason.

Larian have also specifically said that if you play as a Drow, expect people to have strong reactions. We know at least that as a Drow you will sometimes have to make dice checks just to convince people to not attack you on sight. And that some public areas might need you to disguise yourself through spells etc. We don't know how often that happens, whether there's encounters you can't talk your way out of, or how much of all that changes depending on your reputation.

Personally I will be going with a Dark Urge Drow (good aligned) for my first playthrough, for precisely these reasons. c:

I would like to play a Dark Urge Drow. But my char must have a beard. And that is not a option for the Drow. At least in EA.
