At the very least gale and karlach aren't, we don't know too much about the wyll rewrite yet. A fiend pact warlock doesn't have to be evil though.
And her personality just seems crazy fun.
I agree, depending on how you interact with them they seem to be rather fluid in their standpoints. You don't just have evil or good characters to pick from and roll with, but a selection of ultimately flawed individuals who all change dynamically during your journey together. Something i am rather excited to see unfold come the release.
Probably tiefling sorc
Gale (because he best boi)
Shadowheart (because shes very mysterious still and im interested whats going on with her(and i need a healer))
Karlach (because she best girl)
Ego is a hell of a drug.
Shadowheart supporting you being nice to most animals or finding unique ways to get out of direct combat scenarios doesn't mean anything? Wyll wanting to stop the goblins from mowing over the children in the grove doesn't mean anything?
Eye of the beholder and all that I guess...
Before you typecast everybody you may want to play an Act or two.
Things aren't always what they seem.
Though the most obviously, and undoubtedly good character that we can currently recruit is gale, i'm sure karlach will be similar though.
