I remember 2 years ago, the character were wearing some Victoria secret looking underwear with black lace looking bras and panties, but i booted up again it's now a grandma looking under wear.

They just listened to mom. You should always change your underwear. In case you get into an accident.

But you probably just changed races. Each race gets different underwear last I checked.

I don't remember that at all, but leave it to people on the internet to be more obsessed with the underwear of mostly naked characters rather than the characters and who they are/what they represent.
Anyway like Penny said, modders exist. You'll survive.
