Inquisitor is not a thing
It was in BG2, but that's because it was based on D&D 2nd edition.
Yah wrong game buddy.
Pretty sure Oath of Vengeance will satisfy all your Inquisitorial needs.
Kensai was never guaranteed to be in with it being non-PHB material.
So I wouldn't exactly call them iconic to the series.
But while we're here, Swashbuckler please.
Looking at BG1 and 2 after the expansions and judging it against them is hardly fair.
I am sure the BG3 will have a load of additional classes after a few Dlcs have been released.
Additionally a lot of the additional classes in BG 1 & 2 were just subclasses.
Kensei went from a Fighter kit, to a Prestige class in 3rd, to apparently a Monk sublass in 5th (which works with me, as I like those two in BG2). I wish they were in BG3 as well, but they almost certainly won't be at lauch, so we can only wait and pray...
