Origin character's romance options

So, if i play as origin character can i romance someone?

Yeah lol. Romance wont be exclusive to custom characters. The dark urge will even get love. They've gone as far as saying you will be able to corrupt wholesome characters.

Yep. They showed off a playable Astarion romancing Halsin.

Yes. The options remain the same if you play generic, Dark Urge or Origin characters. You can't romance the character you are playing for obvious reasons.

Edit: Not throwing shade at OP the forum has been a bit low IQ recently so clarifying the last bit t avoid any confusion.

NPC's and companions are "player-sexual" so if you play as an origin character, you will still have all the other romance options available.

What I found interesting is that, in EA, 3 of the 5 tried to sleep with my character. I'm guessing the remaining 2 require someone to be more direct that simply being nice to people.

(Wish all of them would've had more direct requirements rather than the 3 getting passive aggressive when I have to stop them in their tracks. Even the one who kept berating my character for being nice wanted a roll in the hay. Hopefully, this won't be the same in release.)

I read that if one player is playing an origin character, and one a custom character, u can romance each other....so does that mean if I made a custom dark urge character..I could romance someone else's custom character?
