Love Rangers.
Never play as one, but I want one in my party.
Fighter, Rogue, Cleric, Ranger.
Gloomstalker is probably the most powerful subclasses of ranger to be honest. The boost you get at level 3 where you get massive initative and being able to move longer and attack twice with the second attack doing extra damage is really powerful. For beastmaster i did hear you will get more pets than in EA. Also the pets will grow with your character and even get ''armor'' at later levels. And that is pretty cool.
Yeah the pets do scale with you. The boar is like a mini barbarian quite fun and the spider is crowdcontrol heavy with its spider silk.
Think id like to see the giant frog . Eagle and some other utility pet
I'm going to play a ranger myself. But i will probably choose Gloomstalker. Unless i change my mind before release. The wait will be painful i want to start playing right now.
Thats the rollplay original party.
they're one of my most fleshed out ideas for builds but I'm not sure when I'll play them
This seems like a good assessment, though I would pair Hunter with fighter.
I do not know this class of which you speak. You say that, at best, it is a 1/3rd caster…?
