Minthara as a companion

Do we need to kill everyone in the Grove to get her in our party or there will be peaceful variant?
I really need a Drow Mistresss to dominate my ass in my party, but I'd like not to slaughter the Grove tieflings

Update:
So I saw the last footage from the game and it seems Minthara will be imprisoned later by that immortal knight guy. So this is what i thought:
If we just skip the quest for killing her in the goblin camp and head straight to the second act is there a chance what we will meet her again in some prison and will be able to release and get her in our party??????
Oh boy, I need her in my party so much but without killing entire Grove.

Maybe. Or you dont help the tieflings and druids. Its most likely a thing Tav can avoid.

I'm guessing Minthara and Halsin are going to be mutually exclusive. In EA you only have the option of helping her or attacking her. Maybe they'll change it for 1.0, but I'd say it currently makes sense. Some choice and consequence with companions is nice.

From my experience she said something about meeting us at Moon Towers or something, so I imagine it is a matter of meeting up with her there.

If you watch the last panel from hell, she does show up there yes. They didn't go into the specifics, but you have the option to recruit her there. I'm actually really curious on if you will be able to do it diplomatically or not. But, that's all I'll say without spoilers or delving into speculation.

I'm curious how she will chat and behave with another party members. She's much more interesting then half of the companions.

Larian has stated that 2 companions are mutually exclusive.
I am 100% certain thats minthara and halsin.
There really isn't much compromise to be found with them.

I think so, she is only positive to you if you massacre the grove, otherwise you need to kill her.
From what i understand to get her:
1) join gobbos in attack
2) massacre grove
3) persuade her to join your side and she introduce you to spider-boi to go through shadow lands
4) she is imprisoned or smth like that in moonrise towers and you need to save her there so she actually joins you

Well they said you will be able to recruit her to your party sometimes during Act 2. But you do need to destroy the grove and side with her and the goblins. Which probably locks you into an evil playthrough.
